Sleep: Your Superpower, How to Sleep Well
Welcome to The True Lyf: making life beautiful. Are you tired of waking up feeling like a zombie? You can’t take a good sleep? If yes, then this blog post is for you. Today, we’re talking about Super Power for our body and mind that is good sleep. how to get a good night’s sleep. Let’s get started.
1. Set a Sleep Schedule:
a. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.
b. This helps your body get used to a sleep pattern.
2. Make Your Room Sleep-Friendly:
a. Keep your room dark, quiet, and cool.
b. Use blackout curtains if needed.
c. Get a comfy bed and pillows.
3. Watch What You Eat and Drink:
a. Avoid big meals, spicy food, and caffeine close to bedtime.
b. Limit screen time as I want don’t touch your smart phone or laptop after 8 pm. I know it’s difficult because we have to do lot of work but my dear health is wealth, if you will take care of your body then your body will also take care of you. Why I am saying this because if you will fit physically and mentally then you can do your job or business better as before. So, avoid your electronic gadgets as it can mess up your sleep.
c. Drink water, but not too much before bed.
4. Exercise Regularly:
a. Work out during the day, but not too close to bedtime.
b. Exercise helps you feel tired at night. So ultimately you will have a peaceful sleep at night.
5. Relax Before Bed:
a. Try reading a book, taking a warm bath, or doing some light stretching.
b. Avoid screens like phones and computers before bed as I already said before it’s very important because technically the radiation from these gadgets is like a disturbing element between you and your sweet sleep, so you have to careful on this avoid all screen including television.
6. Manage Stress:
a. Try to relax before bed.
b. Deep breathing or meditation can help. Do you need more information on meditation then you can go through our playlist on our The True Lyf YouTube channel. Ok let me tell you shortly what to do exactly see just sit straight and calm your mind. Silent be calm and look to your breath means inhale and exhale. Just see that be choice less do it at least 5 minutes and see the magic.
7. Limit Naps:
a. Short naps can be okay, but long ones can mess up your sleep. So, look after this.
Well, these are some short tips and tricks but do you know why I am saying the sleep as a Super Power for us because, when we sleep basically our body is going to heal ourselves. That’s why whatever your stress or worriedness when you sleep properly then you will find a new you in the morning. So, sleep is necessary boss that’s why I call it super power.
