Hello and welcome you to The True Lyf, here we make your life beautiful. Today’s topic is very interesting and if you follow these simple and easy to use steps then you will be the most healthy and happiest person ever.

Living a healthy and happy life involves making thoughtful choices throughout the day. Here’s a simple guide to structuring your day for better well-being. We have divided into four parts in a day so you can easily do these healthy practices without having an issue.

Morning

  • Start with Hydration:  Begin your day by drinking a glass of water. It helps wake up your body and kickstart your metabolism.
  • Then just freshen up and now it’s time for mediation, pranayama and have a morning walk.
  • Healthy Food: Have a balanced food or best way is to take fruits in raw or you can have a well food that should be complete in nature and if you take that then it can give you proper nourishment to your body.
  • Staring to having your morning food, try to avoid any screen or your electronic gadgets like smartphones etc.
  • Plan Your Day: now it’s the time for productivity, take a few minutes to plan your tasks and set goals. This helps you stay focused and reduces stress.

Afternoon

  • Balanced Lunch: Eat a lunch that includes raw vegetables, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates. A salad with green vegetables, and mixed veggies is a good option. Whatever you eat always think that 50 percent of your diet will be fruits and vegetables in a day. Have a good number of vegetables in afternoon food.
  • Stay Active: Avoid sitting for long periods. Take short breaks to stretch or walk around. This helps maintain energy levels and reduces fatigue.
  • Mindfulness Break: Spend a few minutes doing a mindfulness exercise or simple breathing techniques to stay calm and focused.
  • Healthy Snacks: If you’re hungry between meals, choose healthy snacks like fruit, nuts, or anything but always remember it should be healthy. This keeps your energy steady.

Evening

  • Relaxation Time: After work or school, take some time to unwind. Engage in a hobby, read a book, or spend time with family and friends.
  • Dinner: Aim for a light, nutritious dinner. Include vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. A good example is steamed vegetables and a small portion of brown rice with any curry that contains good amount of carbs.
  • Physical Activity: If you didn’t exercise in the morning, consider a light activity like a walk or some gentle stretching in the evening.
  • Limit Screen Time: Reduce exposure to screens at least an hour before bed. This helps prepare your mind and body for sleep.

Night

  • Prepare for Sleep: Create a bedtime routine to signal your body that it’s time to sleep. This could include activities like reading, listening to calming music, or taking a warm bath.
  • Consistent Sleep Schedule: Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This helps regulate your body’s internal clock.
  • Sleep Environment: Make sure your bedroom is best suitable and lovely place to sleep. Keep it dark, quiet, and cool. A comfortable mattress and pillows are also important.
  • Reflect on Your Day: Spend a few minutes reflecting on the positive aspects of your day. Practicing gratitude can improve your overall mood and mental health.

Following these simple steps can help you lead a healthier and happier life. Remember, small changes can make a big difference over time. In our next blog, we will discuss more on each part of the day elaborately. Thank you for being with The True Lyf: making life beautiful!
